TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site may acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. For example, the IP address or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of access to the site or in general other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
The data sent optionally, explicitly and voluntarily by the user by completing and sending contact forms, subscribing to the newsletter or forms used for donations/purchases may be: name, surname, residence/domicile address, e-mail address, date of birth, credit card number, etc. Under no circumstances will data of a particular nature (e.g. sensitive data) be requested, such as ethnic origin, religious, political or philosophical beliefs, state of health, sexual life or data of a judicial nature.
The personal data being processed will be processed lawfully and correctly, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in other processing operations in terms compatible with these purposes; accurate and, if necessary updated, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. The processing of your personal data will take place through the use of IT and telematic tools and with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case in such a way as to guarantee their security, always in compliance with the provisions of the art. 5 EU Regulation 2016/679.

COOKIES
Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to his terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user. While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies on his terminal that are sent from different sites or web servers (so-called "third parties"), on which some elements may reside (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the site he is visiting. Two categories of cookies: "technical" and "profiling".
a. Technical cookies.
Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service". They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided to the user. For the installation of these cookies, the prior consent of the users is not required, while the obligation to provide the information pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR 2016/679.b. Profiling cookies.
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles relating to the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the internet. Due to the particular invasiveness that these devices can have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation requires that the user must be adequately informed about their use and thus express their valid consent.
TREATMENT METHODS
The data processing takes place with the aid of electronic, or in any case automated, IT or telematic tools, in compliance with the methods set out in the articles. 6 and 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and through the adoption of adequate security measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Personal data will be processed only for its own purposes and strictly relevant to each individual service requested and used. In all cases in which it is intended to use the personal data provided for purposes other than or different from the provision of the requested service, consent will be requested before proceeding with the processing.

NEWSLETTER
The newsletter is a communication with promotional, advertising content, participation in events, events or issues relating to our company which is sent to all interested parties who, pursuant to Article 7 of EU Regulation 2016/679, have given their consent for the aforementioned service by voluntarily providing their e-mail address to Mundi Wunderkammer.

The interested party can exercise the rights under the art. at any time. 15 to art. 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679. In particular, the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data provided (content and origin), verify its accuracy or request its integration, limitation of processing, updating, rectification, cancellation or portability of the same aimed at being able to appeal to the National Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, with headquarters in Piazza Venezia n. 11, 00187 Rome (art. 51 of EU Regulation 2016/679) in case of violation of your rights.
